Introducing Private Lessons

Get some quality one-on-one time this January, 2022.

We will be offering private lessons indoors, on the erg (or rowing machines), from January 2nd-January 29th. During our core seasons when we are on the water, it’s difficult for us to prioritize each individual athlete to the extent that we would like to.

During the winter, when we are restricted to land training due to cold weather and water temperatures, we have an opportunity to focus on form and muscle development on a more personal level!

Whether you have been rowing for a while or are a complete stranger to the sport, this program is an excellent fit. Classes are catered to each individual participant.

Our coaching staff leading these classes are certified indoor rowing instructors and are well versed in the sport, both on and off the water.

Meet our certified coaches.
